What if my workspace goes over 100 seats? (Enterprise)

Past 100 = Enterprise. We talk first.

When your workspace grows past 100 members, it enters the Enterprise tier. Here’s what actually happens:

1. Nothing changes immediately

Your bill doesn’t jump. No surprise.

2. Our team reaches out

Someone from Copera sales talks to the workspace admin to understand usage, lay out options, and answer questions.

3. Enterprise options

  • Enterprise Free — keeps the free plan of Copera. AI credits go faster than on smaller plans (infrastructure for larger workspaces costs more to run). No included human support.
  • Enterprise Pro — pricing and credit leverage set with the sales team, designed for larger teams.
  • Enterprise Max — highest-leverage version, with dedicated infrastructure options.

4. Enterprise add-ons (optional, billed separately)

  • Human support (chat, email, SLA-backed escalation)
  • Custom SLA (written uptime and incident-response agreement)
  • SSO / SAML (integration with your corporate identity provider)
  • Dedicated infrastructure (isolated compute, dedicated AI routing, regional residency)

Each add-on is sold separately — only pay for what you need.

Can I go back below 100 seats?

Yes. If your workspace drops organically below 100, credits return to the standard rate on the next billing cycle. Enterprise add-ons can be canceled at your option.
