- Under 100 members: your AI balance depletes at the standard rate. You stay on Truly Free, Pro, or Max.
- 100+ members: your workspace automatically enters a conversation with our sales team (Enterprise). On Enterprise Free, your balance depletes faster than on smaller plans — because larger teams need more infrastructure, which costs more to run.
Important: the Enterprise upgrade is a conversation, not a billing shock. Our team reaches out before anything changes.
