Truly Free, Pro, and Max — which one is for me?
For workspaces with under 100 seats:
| Truly Free | Pro | Max | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seat cost | $0 | $20/seat/month | $100/seat/month |
| AI credit per seat | $5/month (shared pool, resets) | $40/month per seat | $500/month per seat |
| Drive | 10 GB (workspace total) | 50 GB per seat | 250 GB per seat |
| Email inboxes | $5 each | 1 included per seat | 5 included per seat |
| Top-up multiplier | 1× (dollar for dollar) | 2× ($10 gets $20) | 5× ($10 gets $50) |
| Human support | Community only | Standard priority | High priority |
When is it time to leave Truly Free?
- You’re blowing through $5 of AI every month.
- The team uses AI daily for summaries / search / automation and needs a higher included monthly base.
When that happens, Pro usually pays for itself from the AI credit alone — $20/seat gives you $40 of AI per seat per month.
When is Max worth it?
When AI is core operating infrastructure — lots of agents, heavy transcription, Bankai running all day. The top-up multiplier is the big differentiator: drop $100 extra, it becomes $500 of credit.
How do I change plans?
Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing → Upgrade. Takes effect immediately.
Can I go back to Truly Free?
Yes. The workspace reverts on the next billing cycle. Your included monthly credits drop back down to $5.
Your Extra Usage balance never expires, but its value shrinks proportionally to the multiplier difference of the plans:
- Max to Free: Extra usage is cut by 4x.
- Max to Pro: Extra usage is cut in half.
- Pro to Free: Extra usage is cut in half.
