How to ask a question the community can answer

The better the question, the faster the answer. Here’s the format that works:

Title

A factual summary of the problem.

:white_check_mark: Good: “Bankai Voice doesn’t activate after granting microphone permission”
:cross_mark: Bad: “Help!!!”

Body — use this structure

What I’m trying to do:
e.g., “I want to transcribe a 1-hour meeting and get an AI summary at the end.”

What I did:

  1. Opened the Meeting Channel
  2. Started the meeting
  3. Clicked “Start transcription”

What happened:
e.g., “Transcription started but stopped on its own after 10 minutes and no summary appeared.”

What I expected:
e.g., “Transcription should run the full meeting and generate a summary at the end.”

My setup:

  • Browser: (Chrome 120 on Windows, for example)
  • Copera plan: Truly Free / Pro / Max / Enterprise
  • Workspace size: (how many members)

What I tried:

  • Reloading the page
  • Testing in another browser

Visible error: paste the error message if you have one, or attach a screenshot.

Filled all of it out? Post. Someone usually responds within a few hours.
