How do I migrate from Monday / ClickUp / Notion / Slack?

Migrating to Copera — step by step per tool

Depends on the source:

From ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana

  1. Export a CSV from the source tool (Monday: Item view → Export → CSV; ClickUp: List → … → Export → CSV).
  2. In Copera, go to Boards → Create Board → Import CSV.
  3. Copera auto-detects columns; you review the mapping.
  4. Click Import.

From Notion

Notion exports page by page. We recommend:

  1. In Notion, select pages → Export → Markdown & CSV.
  2. In Copera, create a folder under Documents → drag in the .md files.
  3. Attached images: upload to Drive and reference them from the documents.

From Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)

  • Drive files: drag from Google Drive to Copera Drive. Works.
  • Google Docs: export as .docx or Markdown and import as a document in Copera.
  • Google Sheets: export as CSV and import as a board.

From Slack

Slack chat history exports as JSON, but we don’t directly import it yet. Workaround: each important channel can become a Text Channel in Copera, and you paste relevant messages manually. (Slack importer on the roadmap.)
