Community Rules
We’re a public, friendly community focused on helping each other. To keep it that way, a few simple rules:
1. Be kind
Criticism is welcome; rudeness isn’t. Treat everyone like you would in your own office.
2. No spam or off-topic self-promotion
Links to competing products, unrelated paid courses, and services not tied to Copera will be removed. If you have a template, video, or guide built on Copera, Show & Tell is the place.
3. Pick the right category
Pricing questions → FAQ. Feature questions → the category for that feature. Feature requests → Feedback & Requests. It helps everyone.
4. Clear titles
“HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!!!” won’t get answered. “Error connecting my email domain to the Inbox” will.
5. No sensitive data
Don’t paste API tokens, passwords, client emails, or any private information. If you need to show an error, mask anything sensitive.
6. One question = one topic
Don’t stack multiple different questions in one post. Separate topics get separate answers.
7. Search before asking
The
at the top. There’s a good chance someone already asked.
8. Mark the answer that solved it
If a reply solves your issue, click the
next to it to mark it as the solution. It helps whoever comes next.
9. Support lives here, not in DMs
Don’t DM staff for technical help. Open a topic in the right category — the whole community benefits from the answer.
10. Rule-breaking consequences
First time: warning. Second: post hidden + warning. Third: temporary silence. Severe cases (threats, leaked data, commercial spam): immediate ban.
